The once boring and typically adulterated ales of the past are getting a run for their money by craft brew masters in Colorado and around the country, allowing for a much superior sauce. Although we may take these beer makers for granted, others do not, and the documentary Crafting A Nation gives major props to the fine people who are trying to rebuild this country, one great brew at a time.
Directed and produced by Thomas Kolicko, Crafting A Nation explores the role of American Craft Brewers throughout selected cities in the U.S and how their business is creating jobs, tax revenue and essentially a better future.
The film will be screening at the Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project located in The Source, at 7 p.m. After the film, guests will have a chance to participate in Q&As with industry leaders like Bob Pease, the Brewers Association's Chief Operating Officer, and Colorado Brewers Guild marketing guru Steve Kurowski. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online.
