Weber was arrested yesterday in relation to the fatal stabbing of a man early that morning at Broomfield's Night Owl Lounge.
At this writing, the identity of the victim has not yet been released.

On August 22, 2010, at 1:48 a.m., Broomfield Police Department officers responded to the area of Highway 287 and W. Midway Blvd., on a report of a stabbing victim. Officers located a 31 year old male that had been stabbed in the torso with a knife. The victim was transported to a metro area hospital where he later died.
On scene investigation indicated that the victim had been involved in an altercation at a nearby bar, the Night Owl Lounge located at 2000 W. Midway Blvd. Officers identified a suspect who had left the scene and he was later arrested and lodged at the Broomfield Detention Center. The identification of the victim will not be released at this time due to pending family notification. The suspect is identified as 30 year old Matt Joe Weber /01-28-80/ of Arvada. Weber is being held without bond for the pending charges of First Degree Murder.
Further investigation is ongoing.
