The following reader places them well above those who take the wheel in a certain left coast locale.

Are you kidding me?!?! I'm from Denver and live in LA, and Denver drivers are a fucking treat compared to the people out here. In my 7 years here I've never gotten a courtesy wave. Seriously, not one fucking wave. And by the way, I'm shocked LA didn't make this list.
