Hope is not lost for fans of the "in-line," "straight six" and "V8" (double, triple and quadruple burgers); Boost Burger owners Jack and Diego Martinez are the sons of Jack-n-Grill founder Jack Martinez, and they promise that Boost Burgers will be available soon at both the original Jack-n-Grill at 2524 Federal Boulevard and also the Littleton location. In the meantime, here's what they had to say on Facebook:
Boost Burger Enthusiasts,We are sorry to inform you but we will be closing up shop this Saturday September 13th. We appreciate all the support from friends, family and new customers we met in our time here on 3000 S Federal Blvd. Hopefully in the future we can reopen at a different location. You can still enjoy a "Boost Burger" at Jack-n-Grill's locations (26th and Federal or Belleview & Santa Fe) starting in October.
Thank you and continue to live your life a quarter-pound at a time.
Jack& Diego Martinez
A call to the Federal Boulevard Jack-n-Grill indicated that Boost Burgers are not yet available there -- but the menu already includes a selection of enormous oval burgers that have helped make Jack-n-Grill a landmark in this town.
