Reader: Colorado Drivers Don't Give a Damn About Red Lights

We recently posted about the five large Colorado cities with the safest drivers according to data collected by Allstate.

Of this quintet of communities, three — Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and Lakewood — were listed among the 25 safest large cities in the entire country.

To put it mildly, a number of our readers thought otherwise.

Here's one prominent example, featuring a focus on locals' alleged disinterest in stopping at red lights.

Michael Clay Colling writes:
Total BS..... Every day, practically every intersection there is a red light runner, multiple ones at times. Accidents are low because everyone know to wait on a green, somebody is coming through that red.
