November is here and while the temperature is dropping, the fashion scene in Denver is heating up. This month is filled with fashion shows, trunk shows, galas and fundraisers, all designed to get you stylish just in time for the holidays around the corner. Here are ten of the best fashion events in town over the next week.
1) Carol Mier Fashion Showing

2) Fashion Vault Fashion Show

Renaissance Denver Downtown

Head to the Renaissance in downtown Denver for the first annual Fashion Vault show, which features local boutiques displaying their latest collections. 3) Fancy Made: Meet The Makers

Fancy Tiger Clothing
Fancy Tiger Clothing's fourth installation of the Fancy Made series invites the community to meet fashion-makers as Fancy Tiger unveils their new designs just in time for the holiday shopping season. Matthew Brown, co-founder of the Fancy Tiger brand, designs screen-printed tees and candles that fit the store’s aesthetic. Sara Brown, customer service guru, has been creating under the name Love Ticket for nearly six years; she recently launched City Witch Botanica, a line of health and beauty products that are 100 percent natural. For this event, Brown will unveil new bags created from repurposed and vintage materials. Nathan Hall is a composer, artist and assistant manager at Fancy Tiger Clothing; his passion for music led him to Iceland, where he discovered another love: jewelry design. His contemporary jewelry line, N by Nathan Hall, features Icelandic fish skin, lava and crocheted wire. Becky Wareing Steele is the shop manager at Fancy Tiger Clothing and has been selling her artistic creations for nearly thirteen years; Miniatures for a Modern World is the next chapter in her creative endeavors, focusing on her lifelong love of all things miniature. Steele will be showing new, one-of-a-kind diorama-based works, incorporating new materials such as driftwood and moss-covered crystals. Kate Wingrove sets the the scene as visual merchandiser at Fancy Tiger Clothing and is the visionary behind Mercury Mercury Design Lab, merging her love of science and jewelry with stunning results. 4) Pop-up Shop at Fashion Design Center

Denver's top designers are coming together for the biggest end-of-the-year pop-up shop at the Fashion Design Center, where you can treat yourself to the best designer goods or start working on that holiday shopping list. 5) Putting on the Max Pawpurrazi Fashion Show

Blacktie Colorado and the MaxFund are hosting the 27th annual Puttin' on the Max: Pawpurrazzi fashion show. Guests are encouraged to dress up as their favorite movie star; prizes will be awarded for the most creative costumes. 6) Denver Fashion Weekend

City Hall Events Center
What started as a hair show seven years ago has become a full-on weekend of fashion events dedicated to local and national design talent. The opening night on November 11 is Nontraditional night, dedicated to displaying all shapes and sizes of beauty on the runway, including models over the age of thirty, plus size and petite models. November 12 is dedicated to Sports and Lifestyle brands. Night three on November 14 will feature local and national brands, while the series will conclude on November 15 with a grand hair show. 7) Margery Hirschey Trunk Show

8) Larimer Square Winter Fashion Show

The Edge in the Four Seasons will host Larimer Square’s Annual Winter Fashion Show. Models will grace the runway dolled up in makeup provided by AILLEA and wearing the latest winter fashion trends from Larimer Square’s chic boutiques while guests mix and mingle. 9) 6 Collective Fashion Show

10) Timbuk2 FEMME Collection Launch
6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 12

Timbuk2, the San Francisco-based bag company, is celebrating the launch of the Timbuk2 FEMME Collection, the brainchild of CEO Patti Cazzato and Senior Design Director Andrea Chynoweth. Complimentary sake and sushi will be served; there will also be a custom photo booth experience, as well as one-night-only friends and family pricing on the FEMME Collection.
