The Exchange Tavern in will hold its tenth annual St Patrick’s Day celebration as part of its ten-year anniversary celebration. There will be a limited holiday menu available all week through Friday, March 18, which includes corned beef and cabbage, bangers and colcannon, Irish stew, and fish and chips. Drink specials include $3 well drinks and Bud Light drafts, $5 Irish Car Bombs, and $5.50 Guinness and Irish Banshees. Every year Fadó puts on one of the largest St. Paddy's Day parties in Denver, and this year is no exception. As usual, the bar will have tents set up in the plaza across from Coors Field so that party-goers can celebrate in a little fresh air. There will be live music, dancing, Irish food, plenty of drinks and more. Doors open at 6 a.m. on March 17, but the block party doesn't get under way until 10 a.m; tickets are $10 and can be bought at the door or in advance here. The Hard Rock Cafe has teamed up with Guinness for a seasonal burger-and-beer pairing available through April 10. The Guinness & Jameson Bacon Cheeseburger, paired with a Guinness draught, is a half-pound certified Angus beef patty topped with Jameson-bacon jam, garlic aioli and Guinness cheese sauce.
