Embodied Dance is a class where ecstatic dance meets yoga! We will start class grounding in with mindfulness and gentle breathwork and move into intuitive movement with cues throughout that help you get into your body. Embodied and conscious movement is a powerful way to move stagnant stress from our bodies, and have fun doing it! This class will be focused on moving intuitively in ways that feels good to you, no previous dance experience necessary. [Organizer's description]
