"Neo-Cubism: A New Perspective" is a collaborative exhibition featuring two internationally recognized Boulder artists. Sculptures by Roger Reutimann and paintings by William Stoehr will be featured in the Dairy’s McMahon Gallery and will examine perspective, perception, and reality in relation to the Cubism movement of the early 20th century. In their works, both Reutimann and Stoehr aim to achieve what seminal Cubists termed “essential reality,” or in other words to depict the world as it is rather than as it seems. All works will be on exhibit free to the public October 27 through December 3, with a free exhibitions reception Friday, October 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Dairy Arts Center.
