Stain'd Arts Releases the Fifth Edition of Stain'd Magazine

Friends, patrons, contributors, the disparate and inspirited Stain’d family far and wide, we are thrilled to announce Stain’d Arts’ long-awaited return to print and party! Join us Friday, July 9th from 7-9 pm for Stain’d Magazine’s bi-annual-curious release of our fifth edition, Responsibility. Some responsibilities you choose. Some are chosen for you. This one, as is often the case, is a bit of both. Join us at Grandma’s House, the incomparable South Broadway outdoor brewery, complete with indoor video games, popcorn and rocking chairs, as well as a sprawling back patio, where our party will play out in three acts. Filled with endless fun for all walks of life--beers and non beers, mags, popcorn, music, art with heart, grandma’s kitchen table crafts, and MUCH more. This will be a time we will tell together, a party for which we will all be responsible. Let’s hang, play, reflect, connect, and soak in a Mile High sunset and bring this literary baby out right. In collaboration with From Allies to Abolitionists, whose work shines a light on our collective social justice responsibilities, guests will also have a chance to engage with their city—and the challenges it faces—in an eye-opening way. Music by the inimitable Grace Clark Trio at seven thirty, and a roaring good time with the soulful animal clan, Bear and the Beasts around nine, and interactive art and fun in between. This one is not to be missed. It’s not a long party but it will be one for the books. Come on time-ish and stay awhile. Onward! [Organizer's description]
