WinterFest 2021

The Colorado Chautauqua is pleased to announce WinterFest 2021, which includes a festival of lights, horse drawn carriage rides, breakfast with Santa, a tour of historic cottages, two children’s concerts with Jeff and Paige, cookies and crafts for the little ones, a digital scavenger hunt, Santa’s Cottage, and Chautauqua’s very own WinterFest Holiday Market, where visitors can purchase holiday gifts from local artists and vendors. This years’ festivities will feature a charming new art installation of bear cub sculptures decorated by Colorado artists. Artists are matched with a Colorado nonprofit and many of the cubs are supported by local sponsors. The cubs will be auctioned in the spring, with proceeds benefitting Chautauqua, the artists, and participating nonprofits. Visitors can also revel in Chautauqua’s rich history during this years’ holiday cottage tour, which includes a variety of cottage types, including the elegant and sustainably restored Mary H.
