This is a pared-down version of the food-and-drink trifecta that's been winning hearts and minds in Denver proper for years: At this outpost, the bar and biscuits have stayed, but the pizza has been 86ed. You won't miss the pie, though, as the joint's legendary sandwiches built on biscuits are enormous, delicious and satisfying enough to curb your craving for any other carb.
