Au Feu Brasserie

We loved Au Feu’s brisket sandwich and decadent poutine when the eatery originally opened inside Zeppelin Station in 2018 — and were gutted when the concept shuttered just a year later. In a happy turn of events, though, the Montreal-inspired restaurant has reopened, and it’s more elegant, refined and inviting than ever. Both the brisket sandwich and the poutine remain on the revamped menu, but there are other decadent dishes, including the ultra-comforting short rib bourguignon and the ultra-luxe canned duck that’s served not the can, but with a generous slab of foie gras and silky celeriac purée.
