Troy Guard, one of Denver's most prolific restaurateurs, debuted his first breakfast joint, Hashtag, in July 2017. The sunny a.m. eatery, decked out in egg-yolk yellow, is one of several restaurants on Central Park's eastern frontier that have given residents cause for cheer. Along with breakfast classics, expect some unusual ingredients (the eggs Benedict is made with lamb neck and green chile) as well as Hawaiian- and Asian-inspired dishes, from loco moco to kimchi fried rice.
