Trying to describe restaurateur Kelly Whitaker's new space isn't easy. That's because Whitaker is a culinary agent of chaos, combining dishes, cuisines and concepts with wild abandon — and constantly switching things up. Hey Kiddo, his newest effort, comprises the eponymous dining room, with a focus on Korean fried chicken and caviar; OK Yeah, a back-room bar without a set drink menu and with a selection of hand rolls; and the Rooftop, an open-air bar with stunning views and dim sum-style snacks. All this is just what's on tap at the time of this writing, though, so the only expectation you should have when visiting the space is that it will be unlike anything else in town.
