Sushi-Rama

Owner Jeff Osaka brought something unique to RiNo in 2015 with Sushi-Rama: conveyor-belt sushi (kaiten-zushi). But his goal was always to expand the brand throughout the metro area and beyond, and in 2018, his second and third outposts opened in the Denver Tech Center and Lone Tree, respectively. Both cheery dining rooms feature a conveyor belt loaded with Fiesta-colored plates bearing a few bites of Sushi-Rama's rolls and daily specials, giving diners the opportunity to sample much of the excellent menu. In order to keep quality and consistency high, Osaka also opened his own commercial kitchen and processing facility to ensure that our favorites — we love the vegetarian pumpkin dragon roll (Japanese pumpkin tempura and marinated kelp finished with avocado and honey), as well as the briny, crunchy Ocean Salad packed with marinated squid, seaweed and kiwi — are always in top form.
