Support the independent voice of Denver and help keep the future of Westword free.
Always secretly harbored a desire o get into the live music game? Here's your chance. The owners of the
Rock & Roll Grill, located at 15th and Champa, have put the
venueon the market. With approximately 5,000 square feet combined, the space, which purportedly was a speakeasy at one time, contains two separate stages on two separate floors and comes with a new working kitchen and sound system. While news of the sale may inspire a few local bands
who tangled with the venue's owner earlier this yearto do the dance of joy, other interested parties should reach out to Brian Robertson at 720-224-4131.
-- Dave HerreraKeep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Denver with no paywalls.
