Oh my. Looks like we're going to need a new monitor -- or, in the very least, a wet cleanup over here on aisle three. After catching a glimpse of Rockstar Aaron in his Halloween costume, we sprayed everything in sight with a fresh cup of Folgers. Comedy gold.

Best. Costume. Ever. Rockstar Aaron FTW!

Mad props to Rockstar Aaron, one of the hardest working DJs in town, whose new night, Female Trouble Fridays, kicks off next Friday, November 5 at Bar Standard.

So what about you? What are you going for this Halloween? Let us know below. Or better yet, if you've got a pic of yourself, send it. Haven't come up with anything yet? No worries. Keep an eye on the blog. In addition to having a complete rundown of what's going down, we'll have some costume ideas for you later this week.

Keep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Denver with no paywalls.
