Weekend's best dance bets: Ana Sia, Matt Darey, Hipp-E and more

Weekend's here! Feel like cutting a rug? As always, we've got you covered. This weekend's Dance Card is brimming: Ana Sia, the glitch-hop/dubby darling of the West Coast, headline Casselman's on Friday night, and there are a ton of other options, including Icicle, Matt Darey, the return of Hipp-E with Greg Eversoul, Prophet Massive and J.Wail, Omega, Funkhouser and Tyro. Ana Sia will take over Casselman's for the Snowboard Colorado Magazine Release Party tonight; local dubstep favorite Coult 45 will open for the West Coast impresario. (8 p.m., $15)

Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom hosts the Winter Womp event for the second year running with Prophet Massive and J.Wail, Omega, Funkhouser and Tyro. (8 p.m., all ages, $12)

Full Flavor Fridays returns to Bar Standard again tonight; this round, Lance Desardi of San Francisco will headline in a rare appearance, with opening support by Khalib and Garrett. (9 p.m., 21+)

Urban Assault drops on Beta tonight with Fury and Ishe, so get your bass fix over the best sound system in the city. (9 p.m., 18+, $10)

Analog Space kicks off a new party at the Meadowlark tonight, spanning an array of genres and featuring Stephen Barnes, Narky Stares, Luis Werq, Peter Black and Mu$a. (9 p.m., 21+, no cover)

Icicle will make a special appearance at Cervantes' Other Side on Saturday night; the tech-funk master will hold down the Other Side stage with Caustik, Goreteks vs. Automated Prayer and Dayquill while Robotic Pirate Monkey, Virtual Boy and more play in the main ballroom. (9 p.m., all ages, $12)

Dance-floor legend Matt Darey headlines Beta on Saturday night with Dragon and Tommy Michael; in the Beatport Lounge, Awesome Factory presents Housed with Chris House, Trevor Nygaard, Bones and Self Inflicted. (9 p.m., 18+, $10)

Celebrate the return of Hipp-E and Greg Eversoul to Beauty Bar on Saturday night; these two electronic-music pioneers are reuniting in this intimate setting, with support from Sami Tee. (10 p.m., 21+, $5)

For a more cerebral and spiritual event, head to Lumonics for Bliss on Saturday, with MantraMatrix, which blends chant, dance and trance music for an out-of-this-world experience. (8 p.m., $10-$13)

Livetronica act Conspirator (some of whose members you probably recognize from the Disco Biscuits) will play the Pac3 center in Carbondale at an all-ages show on Saturday, so bring your dancing shoes! (8 p.m., all ages, $17)

Love and Light is coming to the Larimer Lounge on Saturday, all the way from Reno; you'll hear midtempo bass music (and some other genres thrown in, no doubt) from the duo, plus tunes by Project Aspect and Fisk. (9 p.m., $15-$20)

Passion Pit spins a DJ set at Summit Music Hall on Saturday with guests boyhollow, London Dungeon and option4. (8:30 p.m., all ages, $20)
