Incredibowl, High Times, The Clinic, Day in the Lyfe Magazine and Cliff House Lodge are throwing a massive reggae party at City Hall to celebrate 4/20 and to kick off the High Times Medical Cannabis Cup.Billed as a "Festival of Comedy, Art, Music and Film," the event spills onto three different stages as well as offering film screenings of the documentaries Day in the Lyfe, California 90420 and Marley -- the latter, a documentary on the life of Bob Marley, premiered to rave reviews at South by Southwest last month. Reggae superstar Barrington Levy headlines, with musician/funnyman Reggie Watts and the East Coast's Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad also on the bill.
