Unsurprisingly, last night's edition of Bill O'Reilly's Fox News show, The O'Reilly Factor, was mostly about the Casey Anthony verdict.

But at the end of the program, in his trademark Pinheads & Patriots segment, Bill'O offered the latter designation to the folks at Lane Guest Ranch near Estes Park as thanks for a great stay -- and, strangely, a few saddle sores.

O'Reilly talked in glowing terms about a recent visit to the ranch, on the doorstep of Rocky Mountain National Park, and despite still being a bit tender from horseback riding, he deemed the folks at Lane patriots -- the type of positive publicity on a national cable outlet that's even better because it's free.

Not that Lane Guest Ranch was desperately in need of the PR. This morning, a staffer said owner Lloyd Lane didn't have time to talk about the kudos because the place was so swamped with guests, some of whom made their reservations as much as two years in advance. However, she confirmed that everyone at the ranch was proud to be on the receiving end of O'Reilly's words.

Unlike, say, Casey Anthony.
