KCCI-TV in Iowa reports that Frazier's body was found early on Tuesday, February 25, inside the Mitsubishi Galant, which bore its original Colorado plates.

It was parked at an apartment complex in the town of Newton, population 15,000 or so.

At last report, the autopsy hadn't been completed, so information about the time and cause of Frazier's death is pending. But while police in Iowa didn't immediately confirm that a homicide investigation was underway, and the Colorado Springs police initially described Rogers as merely a person of interest, the Colorado Springs Gazette subsequently revealed that a first-degree murder arrest warrant had been signed in her name.

The Gazette adds that Rogers, who's said to originally be from Iowa, is the target of a second warrant -- this one for carrying a concealed weapon and child abuse.

Its date is February 15 -- one day before Frazier vanished.

Additionally, Rogers has other marks on her record, most notably assault and disorderly conduct.

Anyone with information about Rogers' whereabouts or other aspects of the case is encouraged to phone the Colorado Springs Police Department at 719-444-7000 or Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers, 719-634-STOP (7867).
