Amy Angelilli and the folks at the Rocky Mountain Alley Cat Alliance's Feline Fix have come up with some hilarious ways to fight pussy overpopulation, including Tom Cat Condoms. But Angelilli's funniest creation may be the winningly clueless Nurse Nancy, who delivers a spaying-and-neutering message almost despite herself. And now, she'll do so live, in a fundraiser dubbed Comedy for Cats.

The third annual bash will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, at the Bovine Metropolis Theater, 1527 Champa. Corresponding via e-mail, Angelilli promises a "comedy cage match" during which Nurse Nancy will tackle topics such as "doggie birth-control pills" and present "a live cat condom demonstration on a small banana!"

Sounds like fun for the whole family.
