Throughout its programming last night, Channel 31 repeatedly teased a story about a cat in a bong. Against all odds, the incident didn't take place in Colorado; instead, its setting was Omaha, Nebraska. But the Fox affiliate was hardly the only Denver station addicted to the tale. Channel 9 and Channel 7 also took a hit from the report. However, Fox 31's coverage is the one that made the leap to YouTube via the clip above, which was filmed off a TV set by someone who doesn't seem all that steady. Highlight: Libby Weaver says that afterward, the cat in question was "understandably dazed." Awwwwwwe-some!
