Number 10: Lumber Baron Inn "In the 1970s, this house was converted into apartments. A young runaway girl, 17 years old, lived in one apartment. She was raped and murdered one night. A friend of hers stumbled upon the murder and was also killed. The house is now a bed and breakfast. There have been several haunting incidences, including a sighting of a girl in a flapper dress. Footsteps have been heard and seen on the squeaky steps." Number 9: Mollly Brown House "The infamous house of Margaret Brown is haunted, although by who has not yet been determined. An investigator found cold spots throughout the house, the scent of pope tobacco when no one was smoking & doors that had 'a mind of their own. Apparitions also seen.
