Yesterday's travel-oriented post featuring PETA's choices for the ten most vegan-friendly cities in the country (a list that featured Boulder) inspired readers to share their own stories about trying to steer clear of meat in various places around the country. Here's a post from a person who singles out Nebraska as a tough place to be vegan.
