featured Boulder) inspired readers to share their own stories about trying to steer clear of meat in various places around the country. Here's a post from a person who singles out Nebraska as a tough place to be vegan.

Yeah, try living in Nebraska while being vegetarian. It's difficult in the largest city in that state...not to mention the rural areas where I grew up. I couldn't imagine trying to be vegan in the Midwest, overall.
