Our post about a triple killing in North Park Hill fired up plenty of readers.
Especially ones who took umbrage to the way the item ended.
The conclusion reads: "At this point, we don't know who shot whom, or the circumstances of the crime. But one thing is clear: Three more young men are dead thanks to gun violence, leaving loved ones to grieve their loss."
These lines were interpreted by some as blaming the deaths on guns rather than the people who pulled their triggers. Here are some passionate examples.

And I quote "But one thing is clear: Three more young men are dead thanks to gun violence, leaving loved ones to grieve their loss."

:Yea let's blame the guns. Were they registered? How about we blame drugs, pot money, greed, poor choices, etc.
Chris Estus writes:
People kill people for money. It doesn't matter what tool the killer was going to use to kill for money and it would have happened guns or not.

Last straw for the Westword, so many stupid fucking articles. Lol blaming guns. Blame the fucking crackheads that have the guns. Finally unfollowing this shitty company.
