In our post about Judge David Archuleta rejecting the Boulder's request for a permanent restraining order against Seth Brigham, its most annoying critic, a city spokeswoman argued that he remains a threat. However, a number of our readers felt the main thing being threatened was the Constitution -- including this one.
I'm so relieved that Judges have stopped handing out Protection Orders to anyone, for any reason without proof.
