Law & Order, but the release of the
Denver Police Department's first promotional video -- made by former
Westword staff writer Frank Hogan, who now runs Let's Be Frank Productions -- prompted plenty of entertaining responses, including this from Spleen:
I have been having a bit of trouble lately distinguishing the DPD from the ICP (Insane Clown Posse, for those of you lucky enough to not know who they are): both enjoy mindless, idiotic violence while imagining themselves to be brilliant and heroic; both seem slightly brain damaged or mildly retarded and both are total fucking clowns.
