In our original post about Denver Broncos star
Elvis Dumervil's arrest in Miami, we referenced a post from South Stands Denver's Colin D., who said early info made the bust sound like "a black thing." The subsequent release of a police report brought that take into question for at least one reader.

If this story on ESPN is correct, it most certainly wasn't a "black thing"-- it was a "he needs to choose his friends better" thing and a "you shouldn't be flashing guns at people in a threatening way" thing. That's illegal no matter what your skin color is-- and mighty stupid to be risking your career because of a little road-related crankiness.
No need to make it a racial issue unless there is some really good evidence to support the idea.
