Reader: I'm a safer driver when I'm high

We received a lot of feedback from our post about a driver who crashed into State Patrol vehicles while allegedly under the influence of pot, with much attention paid to a spokesman's concerns about people new to pot taking the wheel. Among the comments is this one, from a reader who thinks weed might have actually prevented an accident.

from 0 states to half the country, from low 20% approval to almost 70%, love and freedom are conquering prohibitionists and republiCANTS

been in 1 accident in 20 years because i was sober and aggressive...had just gotten off a long day at work, still wish i had smoked...lucky to be alive

marijuana keeps my calm and focused, my pain at ease....lowered anxiety, aggression, increased patience, caution, paranoia to be safe....

marijuana helps me drive, and i will smoke it till i die, my GOOGLE crew will be driving all our cars soon and accidents will almost disappear...

AMERICA'S WAR ON DRUGS IS A WAR ON AMERICANS!!!33
