I'm just hoping they're preserving the underground tunnels where you used to get access to the trains. I remember back in the late 80's going to concerts/parties down there and it was pretty cool. And the retro look and the old signs and posters, were pretty cool as well. They'd be idiots not to re-purpose this area into something special. Here's hoping....
