Colorado State Capitol Graffiti Arrest Probable Cause Statements
The last phrase is, of course, a reference to the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, earlier this year.

As can be seen in the streaming videos, a number of demonstrators, some wearing the familiar Guy Fawkes masks, marched along the 16th Street Mall before heading to the State Capitol, and Denver police officers were prepared, as indicated by this tweet:

Then, at around 8:15 p.m., the Denver Police Department unleashed this tweet:
