Bride and Prejudice at the Denver Central Library (Tuesday) Fresh City Life's Indian cinema series finishes tonight with Bride and Prejudice, a 2004 Bollywood adaptation of the classic Jane Austen novel. Space in Your Face at the Deer Pile (Tuesday) Blast off tonight at Space in Your Face, the monthly astrobiology education/entertainment series at Deer Pile. This month's edition will feature presentations from Georgia Tech Ph.D. candidate Eric Parker about biochemistry and the origin of life, Dr. Tom Metcalf of the University of Colorado on philosophical aspects of astrobiology, and a preacher from the Church of Cosmic Evolution giving a scientific sermon. Free Day at the Molly Brown House (Wednesday) Though Margaret Brown is best-known for surviving the doomed Titanic, the spirited lady had a lot more going on besides being unsinkable. Learn about the historic figure and her rich life of philanthropy and activism at this free day of tours at her former residence.
