In hopes of remedying the situation, Wenglewick has been strutting her stuff for Denver Arts Week. The troupe performed for free over the weekend at the McNichols Building, and it will again at 7 p.m. tonight, with an industry-night edition of of Comfort. It's the story of a disturbed young man with a monster in his closet and a chorus of key women in his life. A basket will be passed for donations.
Wenglewick also recently announced that DDT ticket prices will be dropped to $10 for all shows, including a special Thursday-night Chocolate Date Night performance with a chocolate dessert bar and hard cider on November 8, and again on November 9, when playwright Vick will be present for a talkback. Comfort in the Arms of the Damned continues weekends through November 17; visit DDT online or call 720-233-4703 for tickets and information.
