Return of Music & Movie Trivia at Sie Film Center (7:30 p.m. Monday, free)
Trivia night at the Sie may be free, but it's not easy. So before you get in the game, you'll want to study up on all things obscure: Polish movie posters, facts about U2 when it was still kind of cool. Winners get swag; everyone has fun. Click here to get trivia updates and ask questions.

One Painting at a Time: Joseph Hutchison, PH-295, 1938 at Clyfford Still Museum (1 p.m. Wednesday, free)
A statistic is often thrown around that people look at an artistic masterpiece for thirty seconds. The Mona Lisa, "Starry Night" and "Girl With a Pearl Earring" — on average, they each get just a half-minute of a person's attention. There are 825 paintings in the Clyfford Still Museum and with this program's help, they are all going to get at least an hour in the spotlight. Nerd Music Night at Deer Pile (9 p.m. Thursday, free)
Is metal the nerdiest music around? Most metal is about some kind of fantasy world battling demons, which makes it the perfect focus for Nerd Music Night. Local nerd acts H2Awesome and Daenerys & the Targaryens will host an evening filled with songs about time-traveling TV shows and jokes about wizards, Batman, Dothraki and Hobbits.
