Miners Saloon

While owners Dean and Aimee Valdez and Noah Heaney wanted their Golden bar to tip a hat to the area’s historic mining days through the facade and indoor decor, the offerings here taste nothing like a dram of whiskey did back in 1859. With 24 taps and more than fifty bottles of beer, guests can easily find something they want to drink. Don't pass up the Miners Margarita on tap; it goes splendidly with salt and lime chicharrones and a jumbo jalapeño soft pretzel. Or try a bowl of wild game chili and Colorado bison bratwurst to pair with the Miners Old Fashioned, which features Aleppo pepper-infused whiskey, maple syrup and a bacon garnish.
