Nomad Taqueria + Beer Garden

The sibling of the fancier, French-ier Famille in Westminster's Origin Hotel, Nomad occupies appeals more to outdoorsy concert-goers than the white-tablecloth crowd. The menu is heavy on tacos — in addition to the usual suspects, you'll find tortillas stuffed with venison and chapulines (roasted, salted grasshoppers) — margaritas and local beer. Nomad's proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheatre (it's just ten minutes away) and its beer garden lit with twinkly string lights and equipped with yard games makes it a fun spot for both pre- and post-concert drinks.
