Odell Brewing Co.

No one can accuse Odell Brewing Co. of growing too quickly; after all, the early craft brewer didn't open a second taproom until June 2018, almost thirty years after it started brewing in Fort Collins. Now it's expanded into the RiNo neighborhood, taking up residence in a century-old building and updating it with a second-story patio, sixteen taps and a distinctive mural of hop cones gracing the north-facing exterior wall. The tap list, too, is a mix of old and new, with Odell's classic brews (90 Shilling, Easy Street, Nitro Cutthroat Porter) poured alongside batches of more experimental recipes such as milkshake IPA, white stout and guava gose. The brewery's Denver location has been a long time coming, but it's definitely been worth the wait.
