Justin Timberlake was one of the original founders of Southern Hospitality BBQ, an upscale barbecue restaurant that got its start in New York. One Republic lead singer Ryan Tedder and his father, Gary, bought the rights to open up to thirty franchise locations of the spot, and they started out with one on the edge of LoDo, opening in late 2012. Southern Hospitality BBQ specializes in Memphis-style barbecue dishes, prime rib and Southern-fried chicken served in a modern yet classic atmosphere with a full bar and happy-hour specials. The Denver outpost is open until 2 a.m. for night owls and serves a full breakfast menu and weekend brunch for early birds.
