Sushi Tora

Built on the reputation of a well-trained sushi chef, Sushi Tora's legacy of excellent Japanese cuisine has carried over to new owners. Over time, the menu has evolved to include more contemporary expressions, supplementing orders of raw fish and traditional Japanese offerings with European touches and ingredients with complementary flavors. The evolution has been enough to keep the downtown Boulder restaurant -- with its bamboo floors, peaceful ambiance and airy, contemporary feel -- packed full of diners at both lunch and dinner, sipping sake and sharing tapas-style appetizers before digging into rounds of rolls and nigiri.
