The Regional

Chef/owner Kevin Grossi (late of Lola) opened the Regional in summer 2016 in Avanti Food & Beverage. The name is deceptively simple and straightforward: Grossi re-creates American classics from regions throughout the United States. You'll find the South well represented by a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, hoppin' John and shrimp and grits, but the Northeast makes a strong showing with clam chowder and a Philly-style pork sandwich. Our favorite? The Minnesota classic hot dish, the first to go at every potluck. Grab a drink from Avanti's bar, take a seat and embark on a culinary cross-country road trip without ever leaving town.
