New Denver concerts: Mogwai, Brother Ali, White Denim, tickets on sale this weekend

Mogwai, which is slated to release its eighth album, Rave Tapes , on Sub Pop in January, will be making its way back to Denver for a show at the Ogden Theatre on Tuesday, May 20. Tickets ($25/$30) go on sale Saturday, November 9, at 10 a.m. Keep reading to see what other shows are on sale this week, what songs are being played on local radio and what's selling at local record stores.

Brother Ali will be at the Fox Theatre for a two-night New Year's run on Monday, December 30, and Tuesday, December 31. The ReMINDers open both shows. Tickets ($25/$40) go on sale on Friday, November 8, at 10 a.m.

White Denim headlines the Bluebird Theater on Monday, January 27, and the Fox on Tuesday, January 28. Tickets for the Bluebird ($13/$15) go on sale on Saturday, November 9, at 10 a.m., and for the Fox ($15) on Friday, November 8, at 10 a.m.
