Congrats, Lakewood High School, the winner of Good Morning America's "Roar" with Katy Perry Contest. This morning from London, the pop star, who will perform live at the school next Friday for a Good Morning America broadcast, picked the Colorado school's "Roar" lip-dub video as the winner of her contest over entries from all over the country. The second time was apparently a charm for the school which had previously filmed a clip for Perry's tune "Fireworks." The school's video teacher, Adam Ronscavage, whom we spoke with a few weeks ago, has to be positively stoked.

"This decision," Perry told Good Morning America this morning, "has been one of the hardest decisions that I ever had to make. Lakewood really embodied a whole school spirit. I think they brought everyone together. ... It was so interesting and well done and organized. It was thousands of kids coming together to 'Roar,' and that's what this competition means to me."
