If you thought last week's new show announcements were killer, brace yourself. This week's show is just as killer, er make that Killers. After being missing in action for the past couple of years, the Las Vegas quartet is making its triumphant return this November at the 1STBANK Center in support of its new platter, Battle Born, out today on the Island imprint. The Wallflowers, meanwhile, who also have a new disc coming out in a few weeks, will be stopping by the Ogden Theatre in October, and there are a bunch of great shows at the Fillmore in November and December, Nas and Lauryn Hill, Lamb of God, In Flames and Hell Yeah, and NOFX returns to Denver for a date at the Fillmore in December. This Just In: New Concerts and On-Sale Dates


The Killers, whose new album, Battle Born, hits stores today, kick off their tour at the 1STBANK Center on Thursday, November 29 in support of the disc, which is the band's fourth studio effort. Tegan and Sara open the show, which goes on sale on Friday, September 21 at 10 a.m. General admission floor and reserved bowl tickets are $35-$65.

With Glad All Over, featuring the Clash's Mick Jones, due out October 2, the Wallflowers hit the Ogden Theatre on Wednesday, October 24. The band's current line-up includes frontman Jakob Dylan, whose dad Bob will be in town the following week, original members Rami Jaffee, whose spent the last several years recording and touring with the Foo Fighters, bassist Greg Richling, longtime guitarist Stuart Mathis and Jack Irons, the original Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer who went on to play with Pearl Jam. Tickets ($32.50) go on sale on Saturday, September 22 at 10 a.m.

Two big shows to let you know about at the Fillmore: Nas and Lauryn Hill on Friday, November 16, followed by Lamb of God, In Flames and Hell Yeah on Monday, December 10, and NOFX, which has been together for almost three decades, on Friday, December 7, with Wyoming-based Teenage Bottlerocket and Denver's own Elway (not that one). Tickets ($25) go on sale on Friday, September 21 at 10 a.m.

Also at the Fillmore, Barcelona's Sonar festival is going on the road for an inaugural eight-city tour that includes a stop on Wednesday, November 7 with Die Antwoord headlining with performances and DJ sets by Azari & III, Seth Troxler, Paul Kalkbrenner, Tiga, Gesaffelstein and Nic Fanciulli. Tickets ($35/$40) went on sale last weekend.
