So if you missed it yesterday, Snowball Festival, the cold weather, mountain-based event, which is now entering into its second year, announced its first two headliners, Rusko and Unknown Mortal Orchestra. Organizers are slated to announce the rest of the headliners every day for the rest of the week, including word that came down just moments ago that TV on the Radio and Marty Party have been confirmed on this year's bill.
