In June 2013, Fairplay's Evan Graham disappeared — and for more than two years afterward, his sister, Alani Morrison, sought to find him.
Late last month, law enforcers finally did. Graham's buried remains were located.
Now, Audra Moquist, his former girlfriend, and her brother, Jarrod Moquist, have been arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit murder.
Morrison has maintained a Facebook page originally entitled "Find Evan Graham;" it's now been retitled the "Evan E. Graham Memorial page."

The "About" section of the page provides the basic facts. It reads:

Hair: Blonde.Over the months since the page was launched, Morrison kept Facebookers updated on the search and worked hard to keep Evan's plight in the public eye. One example was a "Ride for Answers" staged on August 22. Here's a flier for that event:
Please help Evan Graham's family and friends find him. Evan has tattoos on both arms and a huge devil head tattooed on his chest. He has a daughter who is missing him deeply and still hasn't met his nephew that he was excited about. Please help share this and get the word out there. He is greatly missed and his family needs the closure. If there are any tips message Alani Morrison.
The answers were forthcoming — but they turned out to be tragic.
On August 23, the day after the ride, Morrison posted the following: "This is Evan's little sister, my heart sits very heavy today. I got the call yesterday with the closure my family needed. The Park County sheriff's got a confession that Evan's gf at the time and her younger brother shot and killed my brother. The cops are searching for his body now. I meet with them today to get the full story. I will keep everyone posted later this evening."
The update took a little longer than Morrison hoped. On August 26, she wrote, "There's a gag order in my brother's case so we don't know anything. All I know is the court dates and I will know in the next week or so when we can get Evan and bring him home."
Then, yesterday, the Park County Sheriff's Office provided additional information. A release notes that last month, detectives working the case developed leads that led them to "an intensive search and discovery of buried human remains" that were subsequently identified as Graham.
Afterward, Jarrod and Audra were arrested — him on suspicion of first-degree murder, her on an accessory beef. According to 7News, he remains in custody at this writing, while Audra has already bonded out.
While speaking with 9News, Morrison made it clear she's long suspected the Moquists. "She's said that he just walked away, and then she claimed that he left with some people that lived in one of the properties close to them," Morrison told the station. "I knew. I knew that he was gone. And I knew that they had something to do with it."
