The pins are evenly split, more or less, between genuine items and historical reproductions -- but all of them represent a little slice of voting history that millions of Americans will continue on November 4.
The folks working on behalf of Richard Andrew "Dick" Gephardt, a Missouri congressman, during his unsuccessful run for the White House in 2004 clearly overestimated how much women wanted Dick. Or at least this particular Dick. -- Michael Roberts
