The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies will report its sunset review of the state's medical marijuana code in front of the Senate Finance Committee today at 1:30 p.m. in room SCR 354 of the State Capitol Building. DORA's sunset review is slated to recommend four more years of the state's current medical marijuana framework.
On January 26 at 7 p.m., the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a public hearing concerning tighter regulations on cannabis businesses within the city at the Wheat Ridge Municipal Building, located at 7500 West 29th Avenue. The proposed regulations would limit the number of dispensaries in Wheat Ridge to five and cultivation centers to three. It would also place stricter logistical constrictions on pot businesses.
