Here's how the pair describe their goals:
This is not an event where we are going to be lighting torches or blowing up vehicles. We are protesting the unfair decision made by the Selection Committee in a peaceful and justified way.The protest has been renamed to be a rally to support the Buffaloes in their pursuit of the NIT championship.
Come show your support for your school and athletic program, as the nation needs to know that we take our basketball seriously and and our seniors needs to know that we appreciate the service they have given to thus University.
Despite the rumors, this is a pro-Buffaloes rally and a positive way to show the nation and the community that we care about our reputation.
